
Garlic balsamic vinegar is a combination of a white balsamic vinegar base and garlic. The result is a deliciouly flavoursome garlic balsamic vinegar. Perfect for drizzling over meats and brushetta. Great in salads for that garlic flavour and my particular favourite is a dash used in the cooking of corned beef. For some reason the corned beef always seems to turn out a little more met in the mouth when it's used.
