Postage - How come the postage is so expensive?
I know postage costs have jumped in price in the last few years. This is something we have no control over. Australia Post sets their own postage rates based on the weight of the parcels being sent. These are in our shipping. Over the years we have tried a few different services and for a number of reasons Australia Post is our preferred service. The parcel is tracked which is sent to you on shipping so you can see its location in real time. The best way to make the postage work for you is to buy more then one item, or get together with friends and family and purchase together.
Abandoned Carts - What do I need to do?
Increasingly there have been a number of abandoned carts in the ordering system. Most people will have received an automatic recovery email. Follow the steps in the email and we will be happy to help you with your purchase. If you are in the position you wish to purchase and cannot access your abandoned cart please contact us via email@example.com .
Why are some items clearance items?
Put simply our business has been doing fabulous preserves and Australian fine foods since 1997. From time to time we review the products we currently stock and the fruit and vegetables we grow to make these products. We like to keep our range tasty and interesting and at the moment we are streaming some flavours and products to improve this experience.
